Update - At this time, the scope of this issue has been identified as affecting a small subset of hosts across all data centers. This may impact the ability for administrative functions (Create, Remove, Boot, Migrate, Back Up, Shut Down, etc.) to complete. We will continue to provide updates as this progresses.
