Resolved - Between ~6:00 AM UTC and 6:17 AM UTC, Cloud Manager (cloud.linode.com) experienced slowness followed by 500 errors, with potential API impact. The issue was caused by high load on the database, which has since been resolved by switching to a backup instance and addressing problematic queries. All services are now operating normally.
