Identified - Our team has identified the issue affecting customers’ ability to close their accounts. Customers may still be unable to complete this action. We are working quickly to implement a fix, and we will provide an update as soon as the solution is in place.

Investigating - We're currently investigating reports of Gateway Timeout errors from customers attempting to close their accounts. At this time customers may not be able to complete this action. We will provide further updates as we receive additional information.
